With 66 stations including cardio, resistance machines and free weights, there’s everything you need for a great workout at your own pace. Whether you’re here to lift, run or just move more, our welcoming environment and accessible design make it easy to find your rhythm.
What’s more, our outdoor gym area provides an opportunity to take your chosen routine outside when the weather’s good (or in the rain if you’re brave!).
Group Exercise Classes

Outdoor Pitches and Cricket Cage

We’ve got three high-quality 3G football pitches, complete with floodlights so the game doesn’t have to stop when the sun goes down. Our gender-specific sauna and steam rooms are the perfect place to relax after your workout, and our family village changing area makes getting ready easy for everyone. We have fully accessible entrances, pool hoists, hearing loops and a choice of wet and dry changing rooms. Refreshments are available from our cafe, and you’ll find swim gear and essentials in our retail area. Studio spaces are also available for private hire – ideal for events, classes or parties.
