Swimming Pool
Brentford is your go-to destination for water lovers! Take a dip in our 25-metre teaching pool, with a depth ranging from 0.85m to 1m – perfect for learners and casual swimmers. Or head to our leisure pool, complete with beach-style entry, a fully operational wave machine, and the only working waterslide in the borough! Whether you’re riding the waves or building water confidence, it’s non-stop fun in the pool zone at Brentford.
Gym
Feel the buzz in our fully-equipped gym, packed with treadmills, bikes, cardio machines, free weights from 2–50kg, and a full range of fixed resistance kit. Sports Hall
Game on! Our massive sports hall is home to eight indoor courts ready for badminton, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and netball action. Plus, we’ve got three squash courts (currently getting a fresh new makeover) – perfect for a quick match or a full-on tournament. Whatever your game, there’s space to play at Brentford.
Group Exercise Classes

Whether you’re unwinding in yoga and Pilates, stepping it up with aerobics, or hitting it hard with Les Mills Body Attack and Body Motion, our timetable is packed with energy. Both studios are fully air-conditioned to keep you cool while you move, sweat, and smile your way through every session.
Soft Play
Big adventures for little explorers! Our soft play area is designed for children under 12, with plenty of space to climb, jump, crawl and slide in a safe, exciting environment. Whether they’re tackling the obstacle course or making new friends, it’s the perfect place to burn off energy and have some serious fun. Squash Courts
