Terms and conditions

Activity Bookings:

  • Non-member users must be registered as a pay-as-you customers on the system in order to book onto activities.
  • Non-member can book up to 3 days in advance for an activity.
  • Full payment must be made upon booking.
  • Customers should protect their password and login details as they will be accountable for any bookings made in their name, whether made by the actual customer or not.
  • Lampton Leisure cannot be held responsible for any online bookings made incorrectly or in error by the customer.
  • For non-attended bookings, we do not offer amendments, transfers or refunds.
  • All online bookings will be confirmed by email, detailing any transactional information.
  • You will need to provide evidence of your booking.
  • Lampton Leisure reserves the right to cancel any bookings should there be a need. You will then be credited in full.
  • You are booking a playing space, not a specific court. Lampton Leisure reserves the right to reallocate courts as needed.

Court Bookings:

Court Booking Times:

  • The booking time covers the period of use including up to 5 minutes setting up and up to 5 minutes clearing away of facilities relating to any booking to ensure that everyone has a chance to use the facilities there may be restrictions on the number of bookings each person is permitted to make for each day. Please see the relevant centre home site for any restrictions that may apply.
  • The booking holder must check in within 10 minutes of the booking start time to avoid being marked as a no-show.
  • Players cannot enter the court until the booking holder has checked in.

Moving A Booking:

  • Non-member’s can move their booking to another time or date (if within the 3 day looking allowance) before 4 hours of the booking start time.
    • Customers can request to move their booking by contacting the site by phone or email.

Cancelling A Booking:

  • Non-members can cancel their booking and receive a credit on their cashless balance account. Cashless balance can be used against any future activity or product at our Lampton Leisure sites.
    • If a customer cancels their booking with less than 4-hour notice, no refund or credit will be offered.

Cashless Top Up Account:

  • A cashless account is an account held that you or we have credited an amount of money to.
    • This credit once purchased or provided can be used to purchase either pre-paid activities and bookings or immediate bookings.
    • Once a credit has been added to your cashless account, either by you or Lampton Leisure, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
    • Should you have debt on any other account held with Lampton Leisure then any credit balance can be transferred from your cashless account to the debt account without authorisation from you to either clear or part clear this debt account.
    • Credit on the cashless account will be valid for 2 years, after 2 years any credit on the cashless account will be removed and cannot be reinstated or refunded.
    • No interest is paid for any account that is in credit with Lampton Leisure.
    • In the event of any dispute, the leisure facility’s General Manager’s decision is final.

Guest Pass Terms & Conditions

  • Subject to availability and at Centre Manager’s discretion
  • Free day trial excludes any extra paid for activities (not included in gym membership) e.g. racquets sports, swim lessons, hall hire etc
  • Only one free day pass per person. After one free day pass any use at the Leisure Centre will be charged at the standard “pay as you go” rate at all centres
  • A person can only use a guest pass four times a year and only once in 3 months
  • Minimum aged 16 years
  • Entry to the Leisure Centre is subject to above terms and conditions and the Terms of Use of the Centres (please refer to your local Leisure Centre for details). Facilities, fees and classes vary per centres
  • You use the centre facilities at your own risk. We recommend getting medical advice before doing any physical activity
  • We can refuse entry into any of our Leisure Centres
  • There is no cash alternative
  • Lampton Leisure reserves the right to end or vary this promotion at any time

Responsibility & Conduct:

  • The booking holder is responsible for assessing the court and equipment before play.
  • They are also responsible for the conduct of all players on their court.
  • It is the booking holder’s duty to inform all players of these terms and conditions.
  • Any debt incurred during the booking is the booking holder’s responsibility and will be added to their account 

Health and Safety

  • Users of Lampton Leisure facilities are expected to follow Health and Safety regulations of the clubs. Users must comply with the directions of Lampton Leisure staff should there be a need. Users can familiarise themselves with Health and Safety information displayed on notice boards at our Lampton Leisure centres.

External Coaches

  • Under no circumstances will Lampton Leisure allow customers to bring in external coaches for activities. If customers or members are not complying with this, Lampton Leisure reserve the right to request both parties leave the premises and potential bans may be placed on users accounts, with no refunds of casual or membership fees.

Lockers

  • Lampton Leisure casual customers and members who use our lockers are doing so at their own risk. Lampton Leisure are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Any items left in the lockers past closing time may be removed and disposed of accordingly. This includes wet-side coin lockers and dry-side padlocked lockers.

Car Park

  • Lampton Leisure are not responsible for the leisure centre car parks. Parking at our sites and items left in vehicles are at the owner’s risk. If a leisure centre user receives a parking fine, Lampton Leisure are not required to resolve the query.

Leisure Centre Facility Attire

  • Lampton Leisure users must ensure to dress appropriately depending on the chosen activity.
  • Swimming Pool: correct swimwear must be worn.
  • Gym: active wear and suitable trainers.
  • Sports Hall/Racquet Courts: trainers only. no boots or smart footwear.
  • Studios: trainers only unless session requires no footwear.
  • Failure to comply with Lampton Leisure’s dress code could result in being asked to leave the premises.

Injury and Sickness

  • Users are not permitted to enter any Lampton Leisure centre if under the influence of illegal substances and/or alcohol. Necessary action will be taken should users fail to comply.
  • Users who are unwell and visit our facilities are doing so at their own risk and should adhere to taking extra precaution in thoroughly sanitizing any equipment they may use.

Leisure Facility Etiquette

  • Users of Lampton Leisure are encouraged to be mindful of other users. This includes sanitizing equipment after use, ensuring equipment is not being used for an extended period of time, returning equipment to its original place, making sure booked sessions/courts are left on time, not bringing scents and oils to health suites. Failure to comply with the above examples may result in staff requesting the user to leave the premises without refund of the session.

Photography and Filming

  • Under no circumstances do we allow filming in our leisure centres or around our sites without prior approval. This includes the use of professional camera equipment, mobile phones or drones. If you would like to make a request to film at one of our sites, please email lamptongroup.comms@lamptongroup.co.uk with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. For the safety and security of all our customers, non-adherence may result action being taken if these guidelines are not followed.
