Swimming Pool
Dive into our brilliant range of pools at Hanworth! Our 25-metre, 6-lane main pool is perfect for serious swimmers, with a depth from 1.4 to 1.8 metres. For younger swimmers and families, we’ve got a 12.5m splash pool (1m to 1.3m deep), a shallow paddling pool at just 0.45m deep, and a 12m teaching pool ideal for building skills and confidence (depths from 0.8m to 1.1m). Plus, friends and family can watch all the action from our spacious poolside viewing balcony. Whether you’re learning, racing or just having fun, Hanworth is the place to make a splash.
Gym
Step into a gym that’s built for everyone. With 110 pieces of top-notch kit covering cardio, strength and free weights, you’ll have everything you need to smash your fitness goals. And here’s the game-changer: we’re proud to offer E-Gym – intelligent, tech-driven equipment that adapts to you, making workouts smarter, faster and safer. It’s like having a personal trainer built into every machine!
