Sports Day at Heston !

Get active with us at Heston Pools & Fitness on Saturday 19th September 2026, from 10am–5pm, for a fun-filled Sports Day for the whole family!

Join us for a day of activities, challenges and friendly competition, with something for everyone to get involved in. Whether you’re looking to test your skills, try something new or simply have fun with the family, there will be plenty to keep you active throughout the day.

Activities include:

10:30am–11:30am, Soft Play Treasure Hunt
A fun treasure hunt for our younger visitors.

12pm–1pm, Football Match
Football for juniors and 16+, with six teams of 12.

1pm–2pm, Egg & Spoon Race
A fun family challenge for parents and children.

2pm–3pm, Bootcamp
Get involved in a fun outdoor workout featuring squats, push-ups, sit-ups and burpees.

3pm–4pm, Classes
Try something new with 30 minutes of Yoga followed or 30 minutes of Zumba.

All activities are available to book via the Lampton Leisure website and app, these sessions have limited spaces. Book early to avoid missing out!
