Save A Life Workshops: Drowning Prevention Week at Brentford!
Join us during Drowning Prevention Week 2026 at Brentford Leisure Centre for our Save a Life Workshops, helping our community learn essential lifesaving skills in a friendly, relaxed environment.
Led by our experienced lifeguards, swim managers and team members, these 45-minute sessions will teach CPR and choking response techniques for babies, children and adults. Suitable for all ages, the workshops are designed to give you the confidence to act in an emergency and could help save a life.
Sessions will be bookable, with a maximum of 12 spaces per session to ensure everyone gets hands-on support and guidance.
