Once you’ve completed an initial induction and strength test, Egym sets your personalised training programme. Just tap your wristband on each machine and it will automatically adjust to your settings. You’ll follow a guided routine with reps, resistance and rest all pre-set, so you can focus on getting results.

Yes. You’ll receive a guided induction from one of our fitness team to complete your initial strength test and set up your account. This wristband stores your personal settings and tracks your progress on every visit. Egym wristbands are free to Gold Plus members. Pay as you go, or other membership types will be charged £5.

Yes. Egym is perfect for anyone new to the gym or getting back into exercise. The machines guide your movements, track your progress and reduce the risk of using incorrect form or lifting too much too soon. It’s also great for building confidence in a supportive, pressure-free way.

Absolutely. Egym is often recommended for rehabilitation or medical fitness. It adapts to your individual range of motion and strength, helping you train safely and gradually rebuild your fitness. However, it is important that you make your instructor aware of any health condition when you they do your induction to ensure it is safe for you.

Most Egym circuits take just 30 minutes, making it easy to fit into your schedule. The system is designed to deliver maximum results in minimum time, especially when used twice a week as part of your routine.

Egym is available in Hounslow exclusively at Hanworth Air Park Leisure Centre and New Chiswick Pool. No other leisure centres in the borough offer Egym, making Lampton Leisure the only place to experience it locally.
